Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of munozservicesaz.com (the “Site”) and the services provided by Muñoz Services LLC (“Muñoz Services,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By using the Site — including by using our chat widget — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or the chat widget.

1. Who we are

Muñoz Services LLC is a locally owned and operated air duct cleaning company serving homes and businesses across Arizona. We provide comprehensive HVAC duct cleaning, sanitizing and deodorizing, furnace and air handler cleaning, coil cleaning, dryer vent cleaning and minor home repairs on request.

You can reach us by phone at 623-324-6165 or by email at munozservices00@gmail.com, Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. We are closed Sundays.

2. The chat widget

This Site does not use contact forms. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number or message through any form on this Site. The only ways to send us information from the Site are to call us, email us, or use our chat widget, which opens from the chat button in the corner of the page.

What you are agreeing to when you start a chat

The chat is entirely optional, and you consent within the chat itself: before your conversation goes anywhere, the widget presents a consent notice and asks you to accept it. Nothing reaches us until you do. By accepting it and sending a message, you confirm that:

  • You have read and accept these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
  • You consent to Muñoz Services LLC and our chat provider processing the messages you send in the chat, together with any contact details you choose to include, in order to answer you and follow up about the work you asked about.
  • You understand the chat may begin with an automated assistant rather than a person, that your conversation may be read and answered by our staff, and that a transcript is kept as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • If you give us a phone number or email address in the chat, you agree we may contact you at it — by phone, text message or email — about your enquiry and any resulting work. Message and data rates may apply to text messages sent by your carrier.
  • You are at least 18 years old, or you have the permission of a parent or guardian.

You are never required to use the chat. You can decline the consent notice, or simply close the chat, and nothing is sent. You can always reach us instead by phone at 623-324-6165 or by email at munozservices00@gmail.com. To withdraw your consent after chatting, ask us in the chat or email us and we will stop contacting you and delete your transcript, subject to the records we are required to keep. Withdrawing consent does not retract messages you already sent, and does not stop us from completing work you have already asked us to do.

Please do not send sensitive information through the chat. It is not a secure channel, and it is not the place for payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, account passwords or medical information. We will never ask you for any of these in chat.

The chat widget is operated for us by a third-party provider, and it is subject to that provider’s availability. We do not guarantee that the chat will be available, monitored at any particular moment, or that a reply will arrive within any set time. The chat is not for emergencies. If you have a gas leak, a fire risk or another emergency, call your utility or 911 — do not use the chat.

3. Quotes, scheduling and the work itself

  • Anything we tell you on the Site or in chat about pricing is an estimate for planning only. A binding price depends on your actual system — its size, layout, condition and access — and is confirmed before work begins.
  • Booking a visit through the chat is a request, not a confirmed appointment. An appointment is set once we confirm the date and window with you directly.
  • Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or reschedule, so we can offer the slot to someone else.
  • We need safe, reasonable access to your equipment, vents and dryer vent termination. If access is blocked or conditions are unsafe, we may need to reschedule.
  • Some systems turn out to need repair work beyond cleaning, or beyond what we handle. We will tell you what we find rather than work around it, and we will not carry out additional work without your go-ahead.

4. Acceptable use of the Site

When using the Site or the chat widget, you agree not to:

  • Send unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing or deliberately misleading content.
  • Impersonate another person, or submit someone else’s contact details as your own.
  • Use the chat to send advertising, spam or bulk solicitations.
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or gain unauthorized access to the Site, the chat widget or any related system.
  • Scrape, copy or reuse the Site’s content or photographs for commercial purposes without our written permission.

We may decline or end a chat, and withhold or discontinue service, if these Terms are not respected.

5. Our content

The Site’s text, layout, logo and photographs belong to Muñoz Services LLC or are used with permission. The before-and-after photographs shown on the Site are from real Muñoz Services jobs; results vary from system to system and are not a promise of any particular outcome on yours. You may not reproduce our logo or photographs without our written permission.

6. Third-party links and services

The Site links to our Facebook page and loads our chat widget from a third-party provider. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or their practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them. Our Privacy Policy explains what the chat widget involves.

7. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We work to keep the Site accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or current.

Nothing on the Site is professional advice about your specific HVAC system, indoor air quality or health. Duct cleaning is maintenance; it is not a medical treatment, and we make no health claims. Talk to a qualified professional about your own circumstances.

This section does not limit any warranty we give you in writing for work we actually perform, and it does not exclude anything that cannot be excluded under Arizona law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Muñoz Services LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising out of your use of the Site or the chat widget. For any claim relating to the Site or the chat widget, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for services in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars ($100) if you have not paid us anything.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Muñoz Services LLC and its owners and employees from claims, losses and reasonable costs arising out of your misuse of the Site or the chat widget, or your breach of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you and we consent to those courts’ jurisdiction.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. Material changes to how the chat widget or its consent step works will be reflected here and in the consent notice shown in the chat. Using the Site after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
